Crochet Red Rose Potted Arrangement | Hand-Crocheted Flowers That Never Wilt

Description

Five red roses in a pot that fits in the palm of your hand.

Each rose is crocheted as one long strip and then coiled by hand, petal by petal, until it opens. Too loose and it flops, too tight and it stays shut — the shape only comes right somewhere in between. The leaves are worked separately and set in so they hold their angle.

The pot is crocheted in soft cream cotton with a small woven HAND MADE label stitched on the front.

These roses don't need water, don't drop petals, and don't wilt. They stay exactly like this.

Because each one is made by hand, the way the petals coil and the roses sit will be a little different every time.
