Refund & Return Policy

1. 7-Day DOA Guarantee
If your order arrives damaged or not working, contact us within 7 days for an RMA authorization. Once returned, you can choose a free replacement (we cover return shipping) or a full refund.

2. 30-Day Returns for Unopened Items
Changed your mind? You can return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

3. 45-Day Money-Back for Defects
If a product is defective within 45 days, you may request a refund or exchange. Return shipping will not be reimbursed.

4. One-Year Repair Warranty
Most products include a 1-year warranty. Customers cover the cost to ship items back for repair; we cover the cost to return repaired items. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.
